However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by BooksGenius.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Risk of Loss

All items bought at BooksGenius.com are bound to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier of your choice.

Damages

BooksGenius.com can at its sole discretion immediately terminate any customer services and account which it believes is placing false orders on the website using cash on delivery payment mode and refuses to take deliveries after such order.

This also includes customer accounts, which after giving orders and receiving the goods, passes instructions to the credit card companies to refuse for the payment in said transaction. In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you agree to pay BooksGenius.com liquidated damages of Rs. 1000 in India, otherwise you agree to pay BooksGenius.com actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated
