Replacement of Defective Items:

We try our best to make sure that we pack and dispatch our products to you so that they reach you in their original condition. In case an item ordered by you on BooksGenius.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at replace@booksgenius.com as soon as possible. We will guide you about how to get a replacement.

Returning a Product

We offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy, within 7 days of receiving your shipment for unopened items in their original packaging.

The refund does not include the shipping costs that you may have paid. Please indicate the (optional) reason for your return in a short note and put it along with the item into a package. Send the package to our return address:

Mode of Refund

Once we receive your package with the item in it we begin the process for refund. The refund will be made in form of a cheque in the buyers name, which will be sent to you within 15 days from the receipt of the returned product.
